Kris has been involved in dentistry since 2005 and took over as our office manager at Randall Manor Dental Care in 2017. She has extensive professional training and continuing education focused on practice management and coordination of benefits with insurance companies. She will explain everything about the treatment you're going to have done and go over all the particulars of any dental insurance benefits you may have, Kris is in charge of our financial arrangements and can explore a wide variety of convenient payment options with you so we can make sure you are able to get the treatment you need. She also maintains our schedule and will be sure to find you a convenient appointment time.
Gail Aliotta, CDA
Lead Dental Assistant
Gail is our lead dental assistant. She is a native Staten Islander and lives right here in West Brighton. Gail has been a dental assistant for over 25 years, graduating from the College of Staten Island dental assisting program at Staten Island University Hospital in 1986. She has been with our practice since 1996. She is a registered dental assistant, certified by the Dental Assisting National Board. She has completed continuing education in dental radiology and infection control. Gail is in charge of our instrument and equipment sterilization and maintains our rigorous infection control standards. Gail is always here to make sure things run smoothly during treatment. She can answer any procedural questions you may have and has a knack for reassuring and keeping you relaxed while you are here.
Kerri Rossiello, RDH
Kerri will be your dental hygienist. She completed the dental training program at Tottenville High School and began her career as a dental assistant in 1998. She decided on a career in hygiene and continued her studies at New York City College of Technology where she served as her class president and graduated with honors in 2005. Kerri is dedicated to improving your oral health. She is proficient in the treatment and management of periodontal disease and is certified to administer local anesthesia to make your treatment more comfortable. She is extremely thorough and very gentle. At each visit, she will perform a through dental cleaning, head and neck examination, and oral cancer screening. She will also instruct you with the best way to maintain your oral health between dental visits, and probably give you some great book or local restaurant recommendations too. In 2018, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration at CUNY City Tech in Brooklyn. She and her husband Dominic were married in 2015 and are living in Westerleigh.
Stacey has more than 10 years of experience as a dental assistant. Before joining our team she spent time in the pediatric dental clinic at Staten island university hospital. She's excellent at providing comfort and reassurance for you and your little ones during treatment. Stacey handles our insurance verifications and will make sure we are up to date on any coverage you may have so we can assist you with reimbursement from your insurance company
